Navigate to the Attendance module from the left sidebar.
Select the Schedule tab.
Click on Schedule Templates.
Create a New Template:
In the top right corner, click on the Create Schedule button.
A pop-up window titled Create Schedule Template will appear.
Enter Schedule Details:
Title: Provide a name for the schedule, like ’9 AM to 5 PM - Monday to Friday’.
Break Time: Specify the break time (e.g., 30 minutes).
Weekly Holidays: Select any days off for this schedule, such as Saturday and Sunday.
Set Daily Time In and Time Out:
For each day (Monday to Friday), set the Time In and Time Out fields.
If the same schedule applies to all the days, you can enter the time for one day and then click the Set All Value button to apply the same time across all days.
You can still adjust specific days if needed afterward.
If a day is off, leave it blank or select ’Day Off.’
Save the Schedule:
Once all days are filled in, click on Create Schedule at the bottom of the window.
The new schedule will now appear in the list of available schedule templates.
Part 2: Assign Schedule to an Employee
Go to the Schedule Assignment Section:
Navigate to the Attendance module from the left sidebar.
Select the Schedule tab to view the list of employees and their current schedules.
Assign a Schedule:
Click on Assign Schedule at the top right of the screen, next to the ’Schedule Templates’ button.
A pop-up window titled Assign Schedule will appear.
Select Employee:
In the Assign Schedule window, use the first dropdown to select the employee to whom you want to assign the schedule.
Select the Schedule:
In the second dropdown, choose the appropriate schedule template, such as ’10 AM to 6 PM - Friday Off,’ from the list of available templates.
Assign the Schedule:
After selecting both the employee and the schedule, click the Assign button.
The schedule will now be assigned to the employee and will appear in their profile under the Schedule section.
